Gelo is the founder of Better Co International, Ltd., established with a mission to empower startups through strategic planning and scalable operations. A seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience across Southeast Asia, he specializes in building organizations from the ground up and optimizing processes for sustainable growth.

With a strong background in eCommerce, supply chain, and logistics, Gelo has held key leadership positions in VC-backed startups within SEA. He later co-founded Armada Brands and Jelli Tech International while also providing strategic consulting across various industries. From launching ventures to scaling operations, Gelo combines deep industry insights with hands-on execution to drive business success.

Arby Estolano
Consultant

Arby is a business development pro with a global network and a strong background in supply chain, warehousing, and transportation. He started in logistics and later founded Stark Transport Systems, a Manila-based trucking and logistics company serving the FMCG and events industries.

Beyond logistics, Arby has helped multiple startups launch and scale from scratch, particularly in e-commerce and retail. With a vast network in the Philippine market, he connects businesses with the right people and strategies to grow and succeed. Whether it’s market entry, supply chain solutions, or business expansion, Arby knows how to make things happen.
